Directions:

I-64, I-77 and I-79 all lead into downtown Charleston. Signs will direct traffic from all Interstates.

Parking:

Parking is available at the Charleston Town Center across the street from the facility. Parking is also available through the Civic Center fee start at $3.00.

Box Office Hours:

Box Office is at Charleston Civic Center unless it is the day of a show at the Auditorium.

Regular business hours are:
Monday through Friday* - 10AM to 5PM
Sunday - Closed

*Saturday for on sale or event day of show.

Day of show hours are:
Monday through Saturday - 10AM through intermission
Sunday - 12PM through intermission

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, America Express and Certified Checks. No personal checks accepted.

Will Call:

Customers can pick up their tickets on the day of the show after 3PM at the Will Call Window. Customers must have the actual credit card, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Accessible Seating:

General Rules:

Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.

Children Rules:

Children 11 months and under are admitted free on a parents lap for a Family Show. For all other shows 23 months and under are admitted free on a parents lap. This is not good for a seat.
