Directions:

From the West take the NY State Thruway to Exit 39.
From the East leave the NY State Thruway at Exit 34A.
For those taking I-81, follow the signs to 690 West.

Parking:

Parking is available on site for 23,000 cars. During the Fair only, the cost is $5.00 a day and shuttle buses provide rides to the main gate from the upper lots.

Box Office Hours:

Currently, the NY State Fair Box Office is open for event on sales only. It will not be open on a regular basis until June.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, Visa, MC, and AMEX. First Day sales at box office CASH ONLY.

Will Call:

"Will Call" = The place that you pick up your tickets when you order them via phone/internet!
Concert ticket allows free admission to the Fair,only if show tickets are purchased before the day of the show. Fair admission of $10 applies for tickets purchased at the gate on day of show.
Customer can pick up tickets anytime on the day of the show. Customer needs to report to the box office next to the main gate, which opens at 9:00AM. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo i.d.

Children Rules:

Children 2 years of age and under are free to concerts, provided they sit on an adults lap. All others must purchase a ticket.

Miscellaneous:

No Coolers or Cameras are allowed!
No laser pointers or devices allowed on the Fairgrounds.
Fair Concert tickets include Fair Admission when purchased prior to the first day of the Fair.
