By Air:
Stewart International Airport is approx 57 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Travel time approximately 1 hour 8 minutes. Make a right out of the airport onto Route 747 and take I-84 West. Follow I-84 West to Exit 4W. Proceed onto Route 17 West to Exit 104, follow Route 17B West approx 10 miles, and turn right onto Hurd Road at the Bethel Woods sign.

There is no additional charge for parking at Bethel Woods. Ample parking is available adjacent to Hurd Road. Parking for patrons with disabilities is available in designated areas in the North Lot. Bethel Woods Center for the Arts prides itself in being a safe, family friendly environment. In order to provide for the highest level of safety and convenience for our guests, we have established the following guidelines for our parking lot areas. Tailgating is allowed in the parking areas; however, there are NO tents or canopies permitted. Barbequing is permitted on the pavement with gas-fired grills only – no charcoal grills. State Law prohibits the sale of tickets or any unauthorized merchandise in the parking lot. Parking at Bethel Woods is for the convenience of concert or museum ticket holders only. Distribution of unauthorized pamphlets, flyers, or any other item is strictly prohibited. There is no overnight parking at Bethel Woods.

Bethel Woods Box Office opens in early spring for the first concert on-sale of the season. Open daily Monday-Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm during the summer concert season. Open until approximately 9:00 pm on event days until posted show time. Open 2 ½ hours prior to show time on Sundays with a scheduled event.

Each guest in the pavilion must be a ticket holder with an assigned seat.
All shows are “Rain or Shine” and will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Main gates usually open 2 ½ hours prior to performance show time.
Bethel Woods has designated smoking areas on the left and right sides of the Pavilion Stage as well as on the top left and top right sides of the lawn. Please limit smoking to those designated areas.
For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Special Events may have different regulations. Bethel Woods reserves the right for final decision on all items brought into the venue.
Permitted items for all events:
Blankets, backpacks, soft bags, hand-held umbrellas, up to (2) 20oz factory sealed plastic bottles of water per person, food carried in (1) 1-gallon clear plastic zip lock bag person for consumption in designated picnic areas. Cameras that do not have the capability of multiple lenses are permitted, except when prohibited by the artist. Photography is prohibited during most performances.
Items not permitted on the grounds:
Lawn chairs are not permitted to be brought into the venue. For your safety and convenience, Bethel Woods offers two types of lawn chairs appropriate for the slope of the lawn. These chairs are available for rental at $5.00 each. Sporting equipment including roller blades, skateboards and bikes. Aerosol cans, firearms, knives, fireworks, candles, glass of any kind (including bottles), beverages (except water), alcohol, hard coolers, grills, hibachis and other cooking equipment, laser pointers, tents, canopies, beach umbrellas, signs or banners, portable televisions, radios, video or recording equipment. No pets.
