Great vibes! The lighting was perfect. This was my first time attending an Unplugdla event and I was blown away by the talent and the voices on the stage. It was a perfect date night. Excited for the next one!
I ended up leaving early feeling bad for the musicians and singers. The sound engineer just couldn’t get it right. You could tell the sound on the stage wasn’t giving the performers what they needed and the house sound was lacking big time. I’ve been to the Peppermint club before and it was rocking, not sure what was different this time. Props to the performers and band for keeping a positive attitude through it all, but I paid money for this and bounced after not getting the full experience.
