Fun concert. Not just the Garth Imitation, but great band, great songs by the Garth entertainer's son and wife. She did a great imitation of Greta Wilson. A wonderful night in a comfortable environment.
We got to the event early; chose excellent seats as it was general admission. Dean Simmons was a superb Garth Brooks! He sang for about 1 hour and 20 minutes straight. Sang all of Garth’s great hits. He sounded like Garth, looked like Garth, and gave a terrific performance, like Garth. His wife and his son were also part of the show, and they were also excellent. His band members were also really great. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you.
It was a great show. It seemed as if it was the real Garth. It was so cool when they had their son come out on stage and sing. It was wonderful that they engaged the entire audiance and we were very impressed . Prices for the show were reasonable and would definately go again.
Kip Sweeny was as close to Garth Brooks and you can get. As a big Garth fan who saw him years ago as well as 3 times on his recent tour I feel I can speak with some authority. Kip not only sounded like Garth, but he had all his moves too as well inter acting with the crowed like Garth does and he even had Garth's yell down. Going to see Garth is not going to a concert, It's going to a party. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to create this effect and kip did a great job of achieving this. Oh! did I mention the band was fantastic played Garth's music to a tee. I'm not sure if he uses them all the time. Let's not forget the security people who did a great job keeping people in their correct sections. Also big thanks to the City of Daytona for organizing this event. Rich B.
