After signing a record deal with Ruf Records in March of 2018, Johnson has released 3 albums: 'Straitjacket' (2018) peaking at #6 on the Billboard Blues Chart, 'Heavens to Betsy' (2020) hitting #1 on the Billboard Blues Chart, and 'Unemployed Highly Annoyed' (2021), peaking at #4. Combined with his previous two releases, 'GRIND' (2015), which peaked at #8, and 'Blues Heart Attack' (2016), which peaked at #5, Johnson’s last five releases have all been in the Top 8 of the Billboard Blues Album Charts.
