Great Show by a Great Band

by TimmyTwoTimes on 4/22/24Mercury Lounge - New York

Bros. Landreth delivered a fantastic acoustic performance and then rocked out electric. Just a great time at a great venue.

    They Rocked the Joint!

by Betbuk on 4/22/24Mercury Lounge - New York

"We saw The Bros Landreth... Joey Landreth and David Landreth... they put on a FANTASTIC show at the Mercury Lounge in NYC last night! Hadn't been back there since I saw a Big Wreck showcase for TPAG! Tiny little place that they packed to the gills! They were tasty/funky/bluesy/jazzy/soulful in all the best ways possible! Funny, self-effacing personalities that are sincerely joyful melting a crowd of only 200 or so people.... they belong in a place like the Gramercy Theater next time! I HIGHLY recommend seeing them this tour! They open with a GREAT acoustic set, take a tiny break and then come back on to rock the joint. “

    Positive

    by E. R. on 6/2/23

I had no issue w/ the sound, and I used to RUN sound a long time ago. In fact, I told the sound guy personally at that gig: "good job". As far as the gig, well; It could have lasted longer. As far as performance; Look... I have worked on guitars for. Redd Volkaert, Eric Johnson, David Grissom (etc)for many years. Those folks REQUIRED that I have "ears". So; as far as the performance; .... I'm now a Brothers Landreth official addict. Think what you want, but I THINK and FEEL that this band is unique in a very positive way. All of my guitar-geek talented-friends and customers think so, too. And there you have it. Ed Reynolds

    310 Austin Bros Landreth

by Tim on 5/31/233TEN Austin City Limits Live - Austin

I Love Bros Landreth’ music! They started off pretty rough in Austin ☹️. They got better. Too much bass, way too much drums, needed more vocals (we were 8 to 10 feet from stage). Sound tech needs to pay attention. Enjoyed the show, hope the next time is better.

Great Band even with the harmonic distortion they rocked

by Big Bros. Fan! on 11/8/22Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

I love The Bros. Landreth period. I can not believe they are not one of the biggest bands on the Planet. I was in seat 11, row 4, section F on the 1st balcony. I am very sorry to say there was a lot of harmonic distortion on the second-floor balcony. I am not sure what the source was but it was pronounced. I went downstairs to get a drink and the sound on the ground floor was better. That said, it was great to see the Bros. I enjoyed it and would not have cancelled my ticket even if I knew there were going to be some technical issues. My favourite Bros. song is "Tappin' on Glass" and I was really surprised they did not do that tune but hey l loved what they did do and I look forward to seeing them again.

    Unbelievable band, good venue

by Jared on 11/8/22Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg

The Bros. Landreth are without a doubt, the best band to come out of Manitoba since the Guess Who. Fitting to see them in the Burton Cummings Theatre. Cassidy Mann was an exceptional opener, making the venue feel much smaller than it is. The main event, as always, exceeded expectations. The bros. are always easy to listen to, and make music that any listener will enjoy.

    Spectacular Performance

by J. B. on 10/21/19The Studio (Formerly The Studio at Hamilton Place) - Hamilton

As a lover of music and a guitar player I have ventured out to many, many liver performances. I think that this may have been the best performance I have had the pleasure of witnessing. Seriously, the combination of songwriting/story telling, singing performance, and spectacular guitar playing by Joey is out of this world. To obtain even one of these special talents is extraordinary, but all three together is what makes this band so damn good with only four musicians. That is not to take anything away from the other three, they were very good as well. You need to witness this live to truly appreciate this music, if you can to a show ... do it.
