Everything was great until the concert time we were told to leave and that the concert was over and Parker would not be singing so doing so we left and as soon as we left we received a text that said that Parker would be on at 7:30 and the. We were not allowed back in
We attended the event and when going to see Parker McCollum they said 30 minute rain delay. That we needed to exit venue and go to our vehicle. When walking to vehicle sheriff told us it was canceled. So we left and 2 hours later got a message he would perform shortly. Don’t understand why we were asked to leave property if he would later perform.
I thought it was a great time getting drunk in the field with everybody. But the lineup needed some mass massive improvement. A lot less people there this year due to that and had a hard time getting a group of friends to come with
It was fun and a good show it rained so they stopped it for about 3 hours but other then that it was good can’t wait to go next year
Overall, I’d give the experience a 4/10. Personally this was my first concert and it was much different than I expected. I wasn’t a fan of the overweight pepperoni nip queers in miniature jorts running around throwing a football. Secondarily, the wait for the concert was insufferable. The rain delay lasted about an hour and a half to two hours. Besides that, it was pretty enjoyable.
My friends and I have been coming to the rodeo for the past two years now (both spring and fall) and this was by far the worst rodeo experience we have ever had. We paid for VIP tickets for the fall rodeo (absolutely worth it) which had included a complimentary food buffet. This year we were under the impression that it would be the same but ended up being very unpleasantly surprised. The food was not complimentary and it was the same subpar food that was being sold outside the concert area. $40 for a steak sandwich that had the consistency of saw dust and a hot lemonade. Sure the lemonade refills were “free” but they were $20 for the first!!! If you break it down, the refills technically aren’t free given the monetary value of them. It’s really laughable. So not only did we pay more for a VIP experience that definitely did not feel very VIP, but then with the weather delay, security was telling us to GO HOME and that the show would be cancelled. We stayed for a little while longer to wait it out but after being told to leave AGAIN we listened JUST for the show to go on after all. Complete waste of money and absolutely frustrating. we will not be returning to any future rodeos.
I had a great time until the cops kicked us out before parley McCollum other then that had a lot of fun.
