Great play. How they did the settings and change of settings was incredible. Very creative

I read the book and saw the movie, but this performance was beyond my expectations. I am a theatre buff and do not have a penchant for superlatives when critiquing a show. However, these performers were incredible with their beautiful voices and acting talent. The direction, choreography and the simple set changes were spot on and thus, I applaud the outstanding cast, crew and director! I highly recommend this show. An added note, I was some friends who normally are not enthused about musicals, but they were blown away by this production.

Wonderful singing, lovely theme, hadn’t read the book or seen the movie in ages, the play brought it all back, nice memories .... great venue, Amaturo Theatre is a perfect size.

This was one of my most favorite musicals I have ever seen and I am a die hard musical lover. I have been going to the theater for over 40 years! This production was as polished and mesmerizing as any top Broadway performance! Anna Lise Jensen and Cooper Grodin captivated me in their performance and magnificent voices...I really didn't want their performance to end...The entire group of actors supported this magical production. The staging and the orchestra provided for a 1st rate musical that I don't think I will forget! Slow Burn has my total respect for this presentation and I look forward to many more events. Bravo!

The actress that plays Fran was great! Beautiful voice and played her part well..however the guy that tried to play Clint Eastwood’s part was horrible! The music was boring, the husband was played in a totally different way than the movie or the book portrayed him...we walked out at intermission very disappointed!!

Highly professional actors and deeply touching show.

The cast was tremendous and orchestral music superb. Kudos to Slow Burn on another hit. The theater desperately needs rails along the aisles, especially since the steps are steep.

Beautiful story and music. If you liked the book or movie, you will love the musical. Tony winning music and lyrics. Jason Robert Brown creates incredible songs. The leads are fantastic. Anna Lise has a beautiful voice, as does Cooper, and the whole cast. Don't miss it!
