Neither of us could find complete ADA information on the website, including how to get from rocky dirt parking area to arena, whether there were ramps or steps, wheelchair availability, and specifically where rails were available. We had to call to find valet parking was available, and the man we got on the phone was very curt. If this information is available on the website, it should be more readily available for those already challenged.
The reserved bleacher seats we got had restricted viewing of the arena because of rails in front of the section and because the photographer's booth was placed directly on the side where awards were made. I have never been to an event where presentations were at the end of the arena rather than the middle. We chose our seats assuming the '50-yard line' would be where most activity would take place. Go figure. The climate control for the arena was blowing very cold air on the seating. I think it would have better served the participants rather than the spectators. Ultimately, paying for the seats we got was a waste of money because the section was essentially empty and we moved to other seats.
It has been several years since I attended this show, but as a horse owner, the vendors were seriously lacking. Last time, I went two days: one for the show, and one for the shopping. If I had been shopping this year, it would have been done in less than 2 hours. We did really enjoy the horses and that we could meet one at the entrance to the arena. That was special. And, who doesn't love Macaroni Grill..........
