The percussionist (playing a djembe?) was simply outstanding. Even though he was playing one drum it sounded like he was playing two or three drums at the same time. That takes more than talent. Sangare's voice is one of the most powerful in the world and totally heartfelt. Her back up singer and dancer was exceptional, the kora player tremendous. Transformative!
