I feel more of a connection to the LeDoux family than any other in music. From being a fan of Chris (Ned's dad) years ago and going to several of his shows, to visiting Chris' memorial in Kaycee, Wyoming, in 2018 with my family and talking to Ned's younger brother, Will, at The Rusty Spur. That's when I learned about Ned's music. He sounds so much like his dad but is paving his own path. Now Ned has 3 CD's and I know Chris is so proud. All of his music hits home with down to Earth lyrics about cowboy/rodeo life, love, and hard work. Wholesome yet fun music you can take the entire family to see. In a world that's all out of whack, Ned's music tells how it should be, if we would only listen. It was awesome to see him live because he doesn't make it east of the Mississippi much. At times it was surreal as he sung some of his dad's songs and I was taken back 20+ years. He stayed afterward to take pictures and sign autographs for a long line of fans. It was also good to see Will again at the merchandise table. I can't say enough good things about the concert, the music, and the LeDoux family! They can teach us all a little about how to live to the fullest. I would go again tomorrow.
