Lucas Oil Stadium Tour Tickets

We were a group of 4 adults & 4 kids under 4. Jim led an amazing tour for us! He was so nice and easy to talk to. He was great with the kids, even when they stepped out of line-let’s be honest, you know toddlers run & play. He explained the key points really well and answered all our questions. We were amazed the whole tour. Lucas Oil Stadium is a well-oiled machine with all the moving parts (events) working together! It was really cool to see so many “behind-the-scenes” areas you wouldn’t normally see. I would highly recommend this tour!

What an interesting tour. I’ve never been to an indoor stadium and the silence was trippy. We got to see SO much of the stadium and even got to go onto the field. We are already planning a trip out to a game next season. Thanks!

Our tour guide was Warren. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining The whole tour was really great and any questions asked were answered. It’s a really impressive stadium and well worth a visit. Thanks Warren

I loved how they gave you details about the building. How we got to go to places that are normally off limits. I also like how we were in small groups and got to take as much pictures as we wanted to.

Comparing to European soccer stadiums, Lucas Oil Stadium is less interesting. It is kind of only walking around the stadium with not much information provided.

My family did the tour of Lucas oil on Friday, June 16 of 2023. There were about 50 people there for the tour and they split us up into two groups. Our tour guide told us that this was her first tour. At first we thought she was kidding but we quickly realized it was a true statement. She led us to different areas that are not usually open to the public including the press box, locker room, and going out onto the field. While accessing these areas was a cool experience, it would’ve been nice to learn something about the overall stadium and these areas. Our tour guide didn’t teach us anything. She would simply say “here is the locker room”. There was no information or interesting facts given. I did see the other tour guide on several occasions and he was talking the entire time. I assume that he was providing information and stories about the stadium. Overall I think the cost was appropriate and I got a lot of pictures. But I would only do it again if I knew I was going to have a really good tour guide. The company needs to improve their tour guide training, shadow new tour guides, and improve the overall guest experience.

I loved seeing the stadium, but there was little left to enjoy. When we started the tour, the maintenance crew was working on the field, so we sometimes could not hear the guide. We also had to leave after the tour was done. It would have been great to hang out field side by the seats and enjoy beer but it was still a good visit.

Maxine gave us the most wonderful tour of the stadium. The details she shared were one of a kind! We enjoyed her sense of humor, willingness to answer our questions, and good natured spirit. The facility was wonderful. The history was very interesting. We will look forward to another tour on our next visit to Indianapolis.
