The general admission didn't offer a good view from the upper level. Additionally, there was a speaker in the top left that had a noticeable delay, affecting the overall sound quality of the show. These faults lie exclusively with the venue and not the performers but I would never come to this place ever again for any reason ever.

Without a doubt, easily one of the best shows I’ve ever seen! Kylie has cemented her place in the pantheon of the goddesses! Unforgettable experience, worth every cent and then some!

The team at Ticker Master hospitality were great. Welcoming, informative and attentive. I was put at ease with how the check in process for the performance would work. The gift bag was nicely put together too :) The backstage team at Voltaire were also very friendly and made you feel special during the preshow tour. The arrival for the performance was smooth, quick and we were escorted to our table for 2. Lucky for us we were allocated a table at the front of the stage and runaway. It was a great location, to be so close and intimate took my breath away. The venue is stunning, lighting is spectacular and all prekylie performances showed wonderful talents in movement, dance and acrobatics. This was a perfect way to position the main headline act from the Queen of Pop herself. Kylie was exceptional, a lifetime memory, the best performance I have ever seen. Kylie was amazing. No notes for her or the rest of the performances that night. The Voltaire venue is another story. While the atmosphere was great (friendly staff, ambiance, etc) the design of the space clearly wasn't meant to make sure every ticket holder can see the performances. The standing room only section is higher than the stage which means that unless you make it to the first or second row of people in that section you won't get to see a good portion of the show (unless you're more than 6' tall). My friends and I (heights from 5'9 - 6') were 4 rows of people back and weren't able to see anything that happened on the part of the stage that extended into the center of the venue except when there was an aerial performance. Still trying to decide if $300/ticket to hear Kylie's vocals, see her only when she's somehow elevated from the stage floor, and be in a room of fans was worth it. Overall, it's unlikely I'll attend any shows at Voltaire again unless I can afford all that's required for a table.

Kylie was amazing but the venue kinda sucked. If you don't get there early enough to line up on the right side by the railing then you are screwed. Especially if you're short. By the time we found the venue, it was almost 9pm. She doesn't come out to 11pm so you're waiting a long time for her. The venue should be sloped so the those in the back can see through all the people standing and jumping with their hands up. I paid so much money to hear her. I couldn't see her 75% of the time so I left sad and disappointed.

I've waited YEEAARRS to see Kylie, went for the VIP package. We were seated mere feet from the runway, seeing and hearing her Royal Disco-ness in all of her satin & glittery glory! Kylie is gorgeous, her wardrobe changes stunning. A non-stop dance party, celebrating decades of her musical art. Yeah, I even shed a few happy tears lol. I can't get her out of my head - and can't wait for the next tour :D The Ticketmaster team was impeccable, too - thank you for being such great hosts for me, the mrs, and our gf.

Spent £1000 on 2 tickets to 'see' Kylie. These were standing tickets which I have no problem with BUT I still want to see the artist. Venue is so badly designed, I could see Kylie at all. Not a good experience.

These are the factors that lead to my ordinary experience. 1. Standing room area needs better management by Voltaire to ensure that short people and tall people are arranged differently. It wouldn’t take much to introduce height based sections. I am 5ft 8 in heels and I still could not see her most of the time. $400+ is a lot to spend to not see her performance most of the time. 2. There was way too much time between the last support act and Kylie starting her set. She came on too late. 3. She seemed breathless quite a bit and stopped to let the crowd sing the lines a lot. Her chat with the audience was not very interesting. Also, she is already short and moves that had her sitting down made it impossible to see her behind the standing people. 4. I really liked the song line-up that she chose though, and the vibe in the room was quite good to be a part of. Overall is was mostly a frustrating experience and not worth the money paid for the ticket.

We absolutely loved the Kylie Minogue show itself, but we have now visited the Voltaire 3 separate times with 3 negative experiences at this venue. The way they sell their tickets/tables is not upfront or honest and is designed to mislead patrons. We felt we were jerked around by the staff so many times and have never before been made to feel so insignificant and so bad about ourselves. We were lied to, talked down to, and made to feel absolutely horrible, ruining our entire experience. And just a warning to all patrons: I had 2 different credit cards compromised at this venue on 2 different occasions so just be very careful. Kylie was absolutely incredible and deserves a better venue.

The venue made this concert such an intimate experience. Kylie Minogue is a class act. I hope they add additional dates as I would love to come back again for a night full of joy and Disco!
