Best emotional concert of my life

    by Hansi_andresen on 11/4/19Kings Theatre - Brooklyn

Jonsi and Alex as a new partnership experience was a party of emotional roller coaster from start to end. The orchestra and chorus gave texture and elegance of low frequencies of loop sounds with noise and crisps details of nature was like a vivid experience of nature into electrosounds.

Lot of talent but not meant for performance

by D. Stackhouse on 11/3/19Kings Theatre - Brooklyn

I've wanted to see Sigur Ros in concert for years so I thought this might be the next best thing and would have been happy if they were just ok. But aside from just lacking any visual interest for the entire concert, I wish I'd known that this album is certainly not meant to be enjoyed in a theatre but on a couch with a comfy pillow. Yes, Riceboy Sleeps, and everyone else wishes they could have, too.

    Celestial Pop Rock Beauty

by E. on 10/20/19Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

The first half we were urged at a certain point to eat some pop rocks. It really added a celestial element to the animal sounds with choir and orchestra. The second half was the entire album Riceboy Sleeps. Perfectly recreated live. This modern slow burn crescendos have a meditative and inspiring quality. Moments were starkly beautiful, sad, urgent, or joyfully triumphant..

    Boring

by M. on 10/18/19Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

First, let me say this incredibly boring show may be partly due to our seats. I paid for 5th row orchestra, and the seats were on the right side. The performers stood behind the orchestra and could not be seen. WE NEVER GOT TO SEE JONSI. Additionally, it was not his usual style of music. It was slow and dragged on for what felt like hours. I saw others walking out and wanted to, as well, but My friend, a real fan, felt funny leaving. Shame on the producers and the Orpheum for selling premium seats that were worse than the cheap seats.

    Amazing

by Tata on 10/18/19Orpheum Theatre - Los Angeles

Our granddaughter has been a huge fan and asked if we could take her to the concert, so we did and we are fans now as well. We weren't sure what to expect but we were not disappointed. The music was absolutely amazing. We would definitely go again!!!
