Jake Paul Tickets

Did not get email about what time to be at meet and great

I paid for VIP. I did not receive an email for the meet & greet. They offered one after the show and it was a joke. Very rushed. The ONE person my daughter wanted to meet (Jake Paul) was not there for that. With all the money I spent I am VERY disappointed. Wouldn't recommend any of this to anyone

The concert was non-stop. Music always playing. It was truly better than all of my other concerts I’ve attended COMBINED. Being front row touching all the hands of team ten was truly unforgettable. Thank you to Jake Paul and team ten!!

I took my daughter to the concert, staff were great very accommodating. They were very organized. My daughter enjoyed the concert. Jake gave a little heart to heart to the kids at the end of the show which was really nice. The only thing was that the merchandise ran out really fast, we were in line prior to the show and had limited selection. I would go see another show at Rosemont again.

To start. My niece and daughter never met Jake Paul. The ridiculous email that was never sent through ticket master had me and ten other family's not make it in time for the meet and greet. We were then told we could meet them after the concert but instead were rushed into one picture that wasn't even with Jake Paul. Had my daughter on her birthday in tears. I am beyond upset that we spent the time and money to be pushed aside and not taken care of. No autographed merch. And one picture with Jake Paul's friends.... it was very upsetting. This was not a cheap ticket and we received nothing. Hope to hear a response/call back soon..

Love it fun, lights great music, energetic, nice place not far easy parking

The DJ was good, the show is more less for kids. Me as a parent enjoyed it, I’m a concert freak! So overall it was a good show and I would take my kids again.
