Saturday evening March 16th I had the wonderful opportunity to experience my 1st Opera performance ever! Plus, it was my first time at the Madame CJ Walker Theatre Building. I absolutely love the Opera singers, the story of Charlie Parker, everyone there looked nice. I will be back for more performances.
Well staged. Good to great voices. I was so pleased to see how Indianapolis Opera gave Indianapolis the quality production we should expect. A big improvement! Such a nice touch to have the performers engage the audience members after the show. Thank you!
This is my husband’s favorite musical, so when I saw it advertised, I was thrilled to purchase & surprise him with tickets! However, the surprise was mine as well! From the first notes floating out from the orchestra to the professionally enchanting voices of the principals, the production carried us away for an afternoon of “happily ever aftering”! This was our first time attending an Indianapolis Opera event, and we WILL be back!
So pleased with the Saturday night show of Camelot!
