Fine Wine & Food Festival Tickets

I can say enough how disappointed me and my wife were in the event on January 20th, 2018. What was wrong: - Not enough vineyards causing long lines - Long lines to enter the event. I understand security is important, but I'm sure the facility has more gates open when they have other events there (i.e Islander games a few years ago) - No food vendors to speak of really - Only two vendor selling decent food that was hardly anything exciting. $20 mini Lobster sliders for one, Philly cheese steaks the other. - No free food included in the event at all. Please just call the event a wine festival next time and I'll know to eat before I go My wife and I have been at other food and wine festivals and this event is not even close in terms of quality and quantity of food and wine. I even paid $25 a person at a Jacob Javits event in the past and had a much better time. For the $99 we spent and the travel costs, I would have had a much better time driving east to the Long Island vineyards! With all this said, I'd like my money back. Or to be compensated for a future event.
