When is the box office open?
Fri: 10:00am - 3:00pm and two hours prior to start of event on show days. Box office: West side of Coliseum building.
What payment types are accepted?
The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. The Box Office will NOT accept cash and checks.
What are the will call rules?
Available on the day of show Exhibition Hall box office. Customer must present actual credit card, photo ID, and confirmation number.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by toggling on the Accessible Icon or in person at the Alliant Energy Center Coliseum Box Office during business hours.
What are the general rules of Exhibition Hall at Alliant Energy Center?
Cameras, recording devices, cans, bottles, coolers, pets, lawn furniture, fireworks weapons and umbrellas are not permitted.
Are children allowed?
Children under 2 do not need a ticket, but must sit on a lap.
