    Important Festival

    by Juliette on 8/24/23

A brilliant and important fest featuring some of the sickest and most radical bands around. Hope this continues annually forever and ever. Support Black artists, support Queer artists, support your local scene.

    Classic Albums Live

by Elcolocolo on 1/16/12Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

Music was good when it was played at a resonable level. The lighting behind the band was bad. The spotting lighting of the player was bad The sitting was too narrow, sat next to a fat guys and had to lean over to an empty seat =.

    A Live Album For Real

by TBKRWKlove4ever on 1/16/12Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

We sat in our seats and literally watched the "Dark Side Of The Moon" album come alive in front of our eyes. It was a very good show. Felt like I was in a time capsule, took me back quite a few years. But enjoyed every minute of it!

Dark Side of the Moon Classic Albums Live Rocked!

by Boliviano on 1/16/12Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - Baltimore

The concert was better than expected...in every way. The musicians were incredibly talented. They played the album in a way that maybe even a live Pink Floyd concert would not. Having listened to the album tens, if not hundreds of times, the performance was still an eye opener as to some of the subtleties that I could not recognize in the recording. The lead guitarist is as talented as they come. The sound effects were ingenious and an exact replica of the original recording. Congratulations and thanks to everyone in the band and supporting cast. I agree with someone that said that the idea is ahead of its time. An orchestra of the future. Most, if not all members of the band were probably not even born when the album came out in 1973. When all of us are gone, who and how will this wonderful music be interpreted? I hope they do as good a job as Classic Albums Live.

    Dark Side Of The Moon

by Kimosan52 on 3/1/11Berklee Performance Center - Boston

A thoroughly enjoyable performance. Always great to hear Pink Floyd's music live. Musicians were excellent, energetic and well versed in 'Floyd" music. Backup singers were as good if not better than the ones on R. Waters tour. Spoken word man was a pleasant surprise as I never knew there was that much of the album I was missing. I would see this show again!

Fantastic. Excellent. Unbelievable. I'm out of superlatives, but all of them apply to this show.
