Creed is awesome and if you are really on the fence about going to see his show, just go! It was so much fun! He told a ton of stories, jokes and played a lot of good songs. All in all, it was a great time!
As a hardcore fan of The Office (I lost track around 7 watch-throughs 6 years ago and haven't stopped watching since, have seen the off-broadway musical twice, have road tripped to Scranton, dressed up as Jim and pam with my wife for halloween, and am following the new podcast with Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey called "Office Ladies") I was nervous that this might tarnish my love of the series. Celebrities can be a certain kind of way, especially when you stick a spotlight on them and put a mic in their face. Creed couldn't have been more genuine. I grew up in the punk scene, going to shows in old warehouses and basements and although this setting was certainly more upscale than that, Creed still made us feel as though we were an integral part of the show and that he was enjoying the experience WITH us and not putting on a show FOR us. He took his music seriously and played some great songs most of the crowd had never heard, but he never once tried to pretend that we weren't there because of The Office and he expressed his appreciation and gratitude many times that it was the show that was the catalyst that has allowed him to tour and perform his music and consistently gave us just enough office references and behind the scenes info to, in a way, reward us, for giving him a shot as a musician, his original passion. His banter between songs was witty and entertaining, but also set us up to really enjoy and understand music most of the room had never heard. This is a MUST see show for any Office fan, but I think anyone would enjoy this if he came through your city and you were free for an evening.
Great performance, lots of fun, I hope I get to see him again
Creed seems like a nice guy. I don't want to rip on him, but we ended up walking out of the show after 30 minutes or so. I was expecting more of a comedy act based on the character Creed from The Office. It was a one man acoustic guitar show. The music wasn't good enough to hold my interest.
The venue was nice. It was a bit crowded. Creed's jokes and music were awesome. Wish the show would have been a little longer. And the man telling jokes at the beginning of the show was very distasteful. His jokes were okay at first but they got worse as time went on. All in all, I would recommend the show to anyone wishing to see Creed. It was a fun time!!
SHort and not very enjoyable. Great venue, however.
Really talented, funny, and probably one of the coolest guys ever.
He was so funny and kept me laughing the whole time! My date and I loved him!!! Theatre was beautiful
Amazing musician, with incredible songs, and even funnier stories to go with. Very entertaining and just a joy to listen and watch.
