Dreamgirls Tickets

Dreamgirls is an entertaining show, and there are clearly some very talented ensemble members (with a live instrumental ensemble). However, the music isn't as memorable as one would think given the time frame that the musical takes place. Also, a number of understudies were performing that evening, so it didn't run quite as smoothly as it might have. Overall we enjoyed the show, and I would recommend seeing it if you can get discounted tickets in the future.

The choreography was great, the singing was unbelievable and the actors were funny and lively. As a fan that knows all the songs by heart, I was surprised by how well the actors did, adding their own flavor! I enjoyed every moment!

First time we went to this venue in JAX. It was a beautiful space and easy to get to and park. The show was better than the movie. All the singers were amazing with Effie being the top.

Absolutely fabulous! Every aspect of the play was simply wonderful. From the singing, dancing, set changes and storyline. Enjoyed every minute. Thanks for bring such a powerful display to Jacksonville.

Simply Wonderful! This tour group has such talent and the show has a great story of American icons in the music industry. All of the Motown lovers and anyone else for that matter, would enjoy this show.

I've seen the Broadway version and I must say that this cast really blew them away. Loved it so much that I wish I could see it again. Sorry to see it go so fast. Effie was amazing. Her singing was phenominal.

I got tickets to dreamgirls for my mother Inlaw for Mother's Day and we loved it, It was a great show the cast was very good and talented, the show was funny And you can really feel the sad parts, the songs were great and so was the singing

I was very pleasantly surprised with this show as this was a show that wasn't on my list of shows I wanted to see until it came to the Culteral Center and I read the reviews for the show. All of the singers were great and the show was entertaining as any show I have seen on Broadway. I'm not sure if the Broadway cast could have been better than the touring cast as all were wonderful. I would highly recommend seeing Dreamgirls if it comes to your town. My friend who went with me to see Dreamgirls, first words after the show were 'LOVE, LOVE, LOVED IT!!!'

All the perfomers were superb. The woman who played Effie brought the house down with her solos.

You should definitely see this show. It's entertaining, funny, and has some fantastic singing.

The Modell Lyric production of Dreamgirls was one of the best versions of the unforgettable Broadway Musical I have ever seen. All of the voices and performances were uniformly strong - even though two of the leads were understudies the night I saw it. It was obviously a production on a limited budget, but the creative use of lighting and computer graphics offset that minor problem. No seat in the Lyric is actually a good one, I was in a close-in row (Row C) and way off to the side. For this production, this vantage point was great. I never felt like I was straining to see or hear. I think I've found a new desirable section for future Lyric shows.
