About
Megadeth are a thrash metal band from Los Angeles. Formed in 1983 by guitarist Dave Mustaine, Megadeth have sold over 50 million records worldwide across 16 studio albums, received 13 Grammy nominations with one win and have been recognized as a member of the “Big Four” bands credited with establishing the American thrash metal genre along with Anthrax, Metallica and Slayer. Following the group’s 1985 debut Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!, Megadeth released five consecutive platinum albums including 1992’s Countdown to Extinction, which hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 behind their Hot 100-charting single “Symphony of Destruction.” The group hit their highest chart placements since 1994’s Youthanasia with 2016’s Dystopia and 2022’s The Sick, The Dying... And The Dead!, which both debuted at No. 3 while the former’s title track netted Megadeth their first Grammy for Best Metal Performance.

Megadeth will be joined by Mudvayne and All The Remains on select dates.
Tickets for Megadeth’s tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 26 at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Various presales begin in the days leading up to the general onsale. The Live Nation/Ticketmaster presales open on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:00 a.m. local time and Spotify and venue presales open on Thursday, April 25 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

One of the best shows I have ever seen. Venue location and atmosphere is great. Only complaint on the venue is the seats are way to small and close together. Not comfortable at all during the entire show. MEGADETH GETS A SOLID 5 STAR RATING, HOLLYWOOD CASINO NOT SO MUCH. GET BIGGER SEATS FOR FANS, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Where as the guitar work was exceptional, Dave is losing his "power". You had to really listen in order to hear what he was singing. He strutted around the stage like a peacock looking for admiration. The band only played for 1.10 hrs. WHAT? Not Impressed. Lastly insulting us paying ticket holders by NOT even giving an encore. It was good night instead. WOW. I'm DONE seeing this band even if they return to my area!! If you're too tired Dave, then retire from touring. ;-/

Plenty of places to get refreshments. And I have to mention the bands. Megadeth was more than I could have expected. Biohazard same thing. Had a great time would definitely recommend visiting The Hollywood Casino venue in Grantville PA.

But always the show is a little short. I believe we were treated to 15 songs. All in all Megadeth is GREAT!!!!
