Absolutely Stunning Performance
The cast went absolutely above and beyond. Caroline Bowman was the true epitome of Elsa. She gave a performance that nailed and surpassed her film’s counterpart character. By the end of “Let It Go” and “Monster”, my family and I had chills and tears from the power, beauty, and passion she brought into those numbers. She embodied every detail of Elsa, down to facial expressions and body language. Absolutely fantastic and beautifully created show.

BE CONSIDERATE OF THE BALCONY TICKETHOLDERS
St. James Theatre - New York
The show was entertaining and the lighting and scenery was amazing. My one complaint is that they often stood/sang close up to the front of the stage. Difficult to be viewed from the balcony. If you lean forward to see, you risk having words with the people behind you. I speak from experience.

Happily Surprised
St. James Theatre - New York
Took my 8 year old grandson to a matinee performance of Frozen, not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The show and it’s many elements including special effects, song, dance, storyline, drama, comedy, suspense, costumes, makeup, lighting and the diversity of the cast made the whole experience immensely enjoyable. I felt as if I were watching a star being born in Ciara Renee as the older Elsa. She stole every scene she was in with her comedic timing and powerhouse voice. McKenzie Kurtz was perfectly cast as the conflicted and loving Queen Anna. Adam Jepsen as Sven, complete with his amazing reindeer were so sweet and lovable as was Ryann Redmond as Olaf. All in all a terrific show that you don’t need to have children to enjoy.

Balcony view
St. James Theatre - New York
It was an overall, great experience.....however we were on the Balcony level, Row G and the view was obstructed by people in front of us and most actors on stage were not visible because they were literally at the very front edge of the stage. Also, seating is very tight, and a child kicked my seat for most of the show. My toddler is 4 years old and what mattered most was she had a great experience. And I understood why kids keep kicking the chair in front of them. There isn’t enough space at this theater. I will definitely attend another show for my daughter, her experience is what matters most.

Wow! "Frozen" is an impressive NY show - Go see it...
St. James Theatre - New York
Just saw Frozen 3/4/20 and have to say what a fabulous performance! Everything about the play was spectacular and a show "not just for children". Some cute adult humor too that was fun to watch. My husband and I loved it... The sets, costumes, singing and actors performances surpassed our expectations. Thank you Ticketmaster for offering this show at an affordable price for orchestra seats. Can't beat NY plays.
