Lexington Ballet Performs The Nutcracker Tickets

As always a delightful holiday treat. What would be the season without the Lexington Ballet's performance of The Nutcracker. Every year Luis Domingo takes the production up a notch because he continues to develop and keep excellent and athletic dancers who bring life and vitality to the every performance.

The experience was good. No live orchestra. Children were great.

So I took my wife to this and it was our first time to view this. It was very awesome. We even got to meet the nutcracker after.

It was awesome! I loved the snow and Marie/Clara's performance was unforgettable!

The nutcracker ballet was very good and has made another facet to the Christmas holiday. It would not be Christmas without seeing the Nutcracker.

As always, the Nutcracker was excellent. Great costumes, wonderful dancing. I go every year, and they always change it up enough to make it interesting without compromising the integrity of the original.

My wife and I were delightfully surprised at the excellent quality of ballet for Lexington. We have seen the ballet in LA and Las Vegas and thought the performance lived up to this quality.

Really enjoyed the show. Some of the dancers seemed a little boring at times, but overall it was still a really good show. Would definitely go watch it again. One downside to it was the seats were really close together so try to get a seat at the end of a row or balcony seating. Regardless of where you sit, you still have a pretty good view of the stage.

I enjoyed the colorful costumes and excellent performance. The show started on time and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was obvious that a great deal of practice had preceded the performance. It was a very delightful evening.

It is a must see for adults and children! recommended.

Once again the Lexington Ballet brings a Christmas classic to life. This is the best professional troupe ever this year, with a Sugar Plum Fairy who looks like she just stepped out of a music box, and a brilliant Nutcracker who looks completely in love with Marie. Add to that the new visual effects, an outstanding Arabian pas de deux, a talented cast of dancers from the best ballet school in Lex and you have yourself an evening to remember!

Sensational presentation of the Nutcracker. Choreography really works, and some inspiring performances.

Very low budget production for the price of tickets. $60 for two and no live orchestra - very disappointing
