I would have appreciated advance notice that there would be no program/map available, and that we should have downloaded one at home. While I appreciated the ADA parking, and despite scores of various carts zipping all over, I saw only once an ADA cart--and it was already full of people being carried to the exit. A small ADA platform in front of the grandstand at hole 17 had only one folding chair on it; the other three chairs were inside the fairway rope and occupied by three volunteers. The only available non-commercial shade was in the Patriots' Outpost, and thanks to United Rentals for that. The volunteers were uniformly pleasant, but unknowledgeable about the course. One well-prepared vol generously gave me a copy of the course map he had downloaded. The electronic signage gave no information as to what hole which player is, or was, playing.
