I had soo much fun! Amor prohibido was excellent. Nira ( Selena ) sings beautiful and gave me the chills hearing her sing! She looks like Selena so much! I highly recommend this show!!!

This was the most fun I've had in a long time! Between the DJ and the tribute band, it felt like a concert and a club. Amor Prohibido Tribute was great. Their lead singer added a personal touch to the music but in no way did that take away from Selena's moves & similar vocals. I would definitely go see them, again.
She sings amazing and is so humble! 2nd time seeing her perform! Cant wait to see her again!!!
I bought two tickets to the "Anything for Selenas! A Selena Tribute Party" expecting a full live show and was extremely disappointed in what my friend & I actually attended. House of Blues advertised this on Instagram and their website as a live show featuring the band, Amor Prohibido, and everywhere it said that doors opened at 7:00 pm. No where did it say that the show actually started at 8:30 pm. Before the show started it was basically a club setting with already very inebriated people in attendance. When the show did start at 8:30 pm it went on only until 9:15 pm where the band then took a 30 minute break to which House of Blues went back to playing club music and the inebriated people got even worse with people not respecting other's personal space (I was physically violated several times) and drinks were being spilled on myself and several people around me by those who were intoxicated. My friend and I had to leave the floor and enter the lobby to get away from the madness of it all. And then when the show started back at 9:45 pm it then ended at 10:30 pm. So we only watched an hour and a half of live music (which the second half of that time we had to watch in the lobby on the TV screens) and the rest of the time was just pre-recorded music for a club setting which is not what I paid for. No where did House of Blues state that this was how this event was going to be. Not only that, but when I bought my tickets and was asked if I wanted to add this event to my phone calendar it put the show from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am. So nothing was as advertised for this show and it was a terrible first experience attending an event at The House of Blues. I will never want to attend another "live" show at this venue due to how deceptive this one was portrayed. If I wanted to attend a club then I would go to a club. I came to watch a live show and would have loved to see more of the band that played in a proper setting. Also this was advertised as an all ages event so there were people who brought their very small children to this event and I thought it was so wrong that House of Blues thought having children in a club setting with people getting wasted was appropriate.
It was amazing!! She put on a great performance!! 11/10
