ALEX EDELMAN is a comedian, actor, and writer. He is known for his TV writing, his love of black-and-white cookies, and his solo shows - all created in collaboration with director Adam Brace and all award-winning, sell-out hits in London's West End and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Alex made his Broadway debut with Just For Us in 2023, after sold-out runs Off-Broadway (Obie Award, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations), in Washington DC, Boston (his hometown), Melbourne, Edinburgh (Herald Angel Award), London and more. His first solo show, Millennial, won the 2014 Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer, the first American show to do so since 1997. He has appeared on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," "Late Night with Seth Meyers," "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," and "Conan." He is also the creator of Peer Group - a show about young people - on BBC Radio 4. At the start of the pandemic, he served as the head writer and executive producer of Saturday Night Seder, a star-studded 70-minute special posted on YouTube that has so far raised $3.5 million for the CDC Foundation (COVID-19) Emergency Response Fund. He has two differently-sized feet and is very grateful you're here.

Alex was a a riot from the start to the last moment. His humor was original, his stories were unpredictablen and his delivery and timing were superb.
Alex Edelman is hilarious, insightfull, brilliant and wonderfully Jewish. 5 of us went to the show and left with a special bond…”Can you believe it?” Yes, we can. Thank you Alex for being you!
Great experience , very smart and entertaining , we enjoyed it very much
Brilliant comedian with an important message for all.
The show was amazing. The Beacon Theater was awful. We showed up at the theater at 7:45 for an 8 o’clock show and the line was clear around the block and completely still. Finally the line started to move. The the security line was very slow. When we finally got in they had already started the show!!! We were there on time and the line had not started to move. Of course I appreciate the need for good security, but we showed up early enough to be seated and people that had come way earlier had also missed the start. If they couldn’t get everyone in on time they should have held the start until everyone was in. It really ruined the night.
Alex is a genius. I'm jewish so understood all the nuances and the humor. I wonder if it's still funny if a non Jew attends.
This was my favourite one-person show I've ever seen. Obviously the subject matter is very close to my heart, but it was so funny and thoughtful, my face hurt from laughter by the end. Reminded me of my other favourite comedian, Mike Birbiglia. 11/10. Santa came, Baruch Hashem!
the show was referred by a NYC friend.. also saw AE on late night .. worth time/$$
I recently saw Alex Edelman when he opened for Mike Birbiglia. He was very funny, had excellent delivery, and is clearly a promising comedian. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he’s famous in a couple years.
