About

Widespread Panic are an American jam band formed in Athens, Georgia in 1986. Composed of frontman John Bell, Dave Schools (bass/vocals), Domingo S. Ortiz (percussion), John Hermann (keyboards/vocals), Jimmy Herring (guitar), and Duane Trucks (drums), the band is known for never playing the same show twice and holds the record for the most sold-out shows at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre as of June 2022. Since forming, Widespread Panic have released 12 studio albums — several of which have climbed the Billboard Top Rock Albums chart — and 11 live albums, as well as a plethora of archival releases including vintage concert performances and their ongoing Porch Songs series of two-track soundboard recordings. Though they reduced their extensive touring schedule at the end of 2016, the band continues to make festival appearances and multi-night engagements at venues across North America.

    Awesome Setlist!

Beautiful venue at the Botanical Gardens in Memphis. Also...the Premium Parking was well worth it. Parked right up front by the entrance. And was able to drive out with hardly any wait after the show.

Loved the venue and especially the performances

by John on 5/28/24Radians Amphitheater - Memphis

First visit to the Memphis Botanic Gardens. Been seeing Widespread Panic since the 90s. Also am a big fan of Paul Cauthen, the Saturday opener. Both Margo Price and Paul Cauthen were wonderful openers and enjoyable guests on stage with Panic May 25. The venue was easy to access, plenty of free convenient parking, gates to the venue were not crowded with night, and the venue had plenty of space to spread out or get close to the stage. Overall, we really enjoyed the venue and the crowd. Panic still brings the heat like they have for several decades. Cool of them to include Margo and Paul as well.

    Radians Panic

by Otis on 5/28/24Radians Amphitheater - Memphis

This was my first show at Radians Amphitheater and it was amazing. They could teach other Amphitheaters a thing or two. Being able to bring your own lawn chair makes for a very enjoyable experience especially with all the beautiful landscaping and trees throughout the venue. As far as Widespread Panic goes I have been seeing them since 1994 and Memphis shows are always some of my favorites. This year's show was one of the best Panic shows I have seen in years especially Saturday night. The venue staff was super nice attentive and wearing big smiles for the patrons which isn't always the case at some venues I've been too. The food trucks were amazing and the bar staff fast and courteous. If I could I would give the whole weekend 10 stars. Great job Widespread Panic,Margo Price, and Paul Cauthen you all were superb. And thank you Radians Amphitheater/Botanical Gardens for an amazing experience and beautiful venue. And last but not least to all the staff you guys deserve a huge thanks and acknowledgement for such a great job and hard work. All of you made this show one of the best ever!!!

    Mempho does it again

by RoryG on 5/28/24Radians Amphitheater - Memphis

Mempho Presents continues to put on a fan friendly show with a welcoming environment. There is plenty of space for all, whether you want to dance the night away or sit on the lawn and take in the scene. They always have the best beer selection (lots of good local brews). Parking and getting inside the venue is a breeze. The sound and light show was tip top. Fun (and sweaty) evening was had by all.
