    Great game, great venue

by JVHaron on 2/24/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

The Westchester County Center is a wonderful place to watch professional basketball. There is not a bad seat in the house, a fun, family friendly environment, and easy access being a 5 minute walk from the White Plains Metro North Train Station.

Security backup and uncomfortable crowded seats

by AMNRNY on 2/8/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

We had to wait 20 minutes in a packed lobby to get through metal detectors that beeped for nearly everyone. They only had 3 of them and the people running them did not know how to keep things moving. There was no order in the lobby, just people crowding and cutting in the line from every direction. Inside, the floor level seats are crappy uncomfortable folding chairs packed close together so you have to stand up every time someone wants to get by. Each row is not very high above the previous one so you have to look between the heads of the people in front of you. If I went again I would rather sit in the upper level.

    Exchange Issue

by Cancellation on 1/27/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

Due to the change in date- my nephew and his wife were not able to attend the event. I tried calling the number provided by the online chat system through Ticketmaster in order to find out about exchanging the tickets or selling the tickets but never got through. It was a constant busy signal. The 2 hyperlinks (Exchange or Sell) were not available to me on the site. I emailed customer service and they still have yet to get back in touch with me. So to make sure that my nephew and wife could enjoy their Christmas gift from me- I ended up having to buy 2 new tickets for February. So I ended up spending $200 on a gift that was supposed to initially cost $100. Very disappointed in the customer service. There should be a way to exchange tickets if there is conflict or a cancellation/rescheduling issue.

    Wonderful Experience!

by Anonymous on 1/5/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

First time visiting this venue. Was a wonderful experience with my son and nephew, who is the knick fan. Venue is small enough that the balcony seats are better than the floor seats. Will visit again.

    an intense close game

by Anonymous on 1/5/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

Although our seats were in the balcony we were able to see the game well. Players played hard and what looked like a runaway by the knicks in the first quarter became tied at the half.

    Unbelievable

by JimmerFan on 1/5/16Westchester County Center - White Plains

It is well worth the trip to Westchester to see Jimmer play. The venue is sooo small that every seat is great and you won't get a better opportunity to see the players up close.

    Best Basketball Experience

by TheCrank on 12/16/15Westchester County Center - White Plains

My wife and I are NY Knicks fans and when we first learned about the D-League team, the Westchester Knicks, we got tickets and went to one of the last games of the 2014-2015 season. We had a BLAST! We went to the game last weekend and watched our Westchester Knicks totally blow out the Delaware 87s. The venue is very comfortable, parking is right across the street and there's an excellent diner within a block's walk. Young NY Knicks like Langston Galloway and Cleanthony Early have played for Westchester and there's good reason to expect more young athletes will be tagged for the NBA in the future. The dancers included the City Lights and a kids group called the Knick-knacks. Great fun during time-outs and halftime. The Westchester Knicks are an affordable and pleasant alternative to schlepping into Manhattan to the Garden where every aspect from travel to food to the game itself is ridiculously expensive and not affordable for an ordinary guy and his family. Go to cheer on the Westchester Knicks. You will have a ball!

    Great fun night out

by TheCrank on 4/4/15Westchester County Center - White Plains

My wife and I went up to White Plains to see one of the last of this season's Westchester Knicks games and really enjoyed the experience. The Westchester County Center is a very nice venue and there's easy parking right across the street. We were seated in my favorite area for basketball, just a few rows up and behind the scorer's table. The venue provides excellent sight lines from all around and is small enough that it'd be hard to find a bad seat. We were excited to see the up and coming young players and enjoyed the play by both the WK and the Drive. Perhaps our favorite Knick was Darnell Jackson, a mature and savvy big man who just might find himself playing at Madison Square Garden one day. We're big NY Knick fans and always enjoy the color provided by the wonderful Walt Clyde Frazier and we tend to be pretty tough on other game announcers but Westchester has got that covered as well. We'll be back next season for sure; you should come out too!

    Westchester Knicks played well.

by Doublejay59 on 3/10/15Westchester County Center - White Plains

I enjoyed the extra activities and crowd contests. The halftime shot for a year of wings was fun. My son enjoyed the night especially when they were throwing the t-shirts in the crowd. The basketball contest for shopping at the palisades mall was fun too.

Westchester Knicks vs. Maine Red Claws

by VanLingleMungo on 3/9/15Westchester County Center - White Plains

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of play in the D-league, and it was great to be so close to the action. I will definitely attend more D-league games at the County Center rather than spending 6 times as much to go into Manhattan and watch the Knicks. Sit in the upper deck rather than ground level seats if you can. There was a good view from the ground level, but it got a little claustrophobic.

    Worth an evening

by rmrcpany on 2/23/15Westchester County Center - White Plains

County center has been upgraded with a Garden floor, new score board and large format TV's. While the team itself is not great at this point they all show a lot of hustle and heart. It ends up being exciting. We were able to use the buffet dinner on the stage and it is really very good. It opens at 6PM and stays open the entire game so you can eat whenever you want and than go to your seats. Overall a very enjoyable evening.
