I went to this event last year at the NOS. Loved this new venue, only qualm is that when the floor got wet (people drop their empty drink cups and bottles on the floor) it got pretty slippery but other than that, this event was phenomenal. Way to go insomniac!
The venue it self is not so good, and the really sad part is they cut the Dj sets before the Dj actually were finished with them, that 5 minutes extra is not gonna kill anybody , but it will destroy the audience moment .
Good vibes,big venue,dj's put it down...the only thing it ended to early ...but overall had a blast .
This was one of the best nights of my life!! The venue was great, the staff was professional and the music was spot on. It was vibrant and full of life.
This was a great show. All the artists were fun and full of energy. The only gripe I had was the bartenders were very slow. I've been to many events and this was probably the slowest service for alcohol. But that was a small amount of my experience so still a 5 star show.
I bought tickets for me and my friend to take him to his first rave. Right off the bat we get there and my security check was alright but the guy who did my friends was uncomfortably rude and annoying and acted like he did not wanna be there. Second, I've never been to a rave that didn't sell water bottles? I went to purchase water for $4.50 and they poured me a big cup of water and said there's no bottles aloud to be sold anywhere.. So all night people are holding cups of water on the dance floor spilling them everywhere because there were no lids, and unlike a bottle you would hold onto, no one wants to hold onto a big cup so there was tons of cups all over the floor. No one knew what time the rave ended, and no one knew the scheduals of what djs were playing at what times...I love festivals, raves, and even clubs, but this was definately a poorly ran setup and a waiste of money. I would never waist my time or effort to take off work to go to nrg
What an awesome event in an awesome venue! Obviously I wish it could have lasted longer, but I had a memorable time anyways. Thank you insomniac and Long Beach!
Could've done without the trap. Not to mention W&W has definitely lost a step. The have this big mainstream sound and everything they play sounds the same. It feels like they only use their spinnin records sample pack. Julian Jordan was good. Don Diablo was good. Bare was better than I anticipated. The venue was cool, wasn't over crowded. The sound and lighting was cool.
Badass night , sick people good vibes great music overall chill !
It was my first rave and I liked it very much. Defiantly willing to do it again.
