The Newman Center for the Performing Arts parking garage is located on Wesley at the south end of the Newman Center.

Visitor parking is available during normal box office
Hours. Visitor parking is located on the ground level
of the parking garage. Cost is $1 per hour.


Event parking is available. Cost is approximately $6

Other lots are available West of York on Iliff Ave.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available to patrons with special needs. For additional information about purchasing accessible seating, please call the Newman Center box office at (303) 871-7820, Option 2. Accessible parking is located in the Newman Center parking garage. Accessible drop-off is located on the North side of the Newman Center.

Assisted listening devices are available for performances in Gates Concert Hall. Patrons may be asked to leave an ID card in exchange for the use of headphones.
Food and beverages are prohibited in all theatres.
Smoking is prohibited everywhere in the Newman Center.
Photography and recording of performances are strictly prohibited.

Seating after the start of any performance is at the discretion of the house manager. Seating may be unavailable until the next intermission and may be in seats at the rear of the theatre.
Patrons are encouraged to call the Newman Center for information about the suitability of events for children. Everyone attending a performance, including small children, must have a ticket. Prior to purchasing tickets, please determine whether your child can enjoy a performance of two hours or longer without disturbing others.
As a courtesy to others, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off and audible watches should be disabled.

Children Rules:

Please feel free to contact the Newman Center for information regarding content of shows for children. Everyone in attendance must possess a ticket. Most shows will average 2 hours so please remeber to be considerate of others when considering your purchase.
