Take I-25 to University-South exit. Buchtel Blvd is the first intersection south of I-25; follow the signs that read "Event Parking".

Parking:

On-site event parking is available throughout the campus. (www.du.edu/maps/ritchie.html) Thosearriving early will find ample parking closest to Magness Arena and Hamilton Gymnasium. Parking on neighborhood streets is limited to one hour, and violators willbe towed or ticketed by Denver police.

Box Office Hours:

The box office is located on the North side of the Ritchie Center, 2240 E. Buchtel Blvd.
The box office is open Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm (May-September), Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm (September-April) and begining at noon on all event days.

Will Call:

Will Call is available at the West Box Office on the day of the show only, starting 1 hour prior to showtime. Guests with disabilities may pick up Will Call tickets at the North Box Office.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available to patrons with special needs. For additional information about purchasing accessible seating, please call the Ritchie Center box office at (303) 871-2336, Option 2. Concessions, restrooms and water fountains are all wheelchair accessible.
Service animals are permitted inside the Richie Center.
The Ritchie Center provides a limited number of assisted listening devices for hearing impaired guests for events and concerts that can be checked out the the North Box Office 1 hour prior to the event.

General Rules:

Cameras / Photography / Recording Devices
The Ritchie Center honors and enforces the photography and audio recording restrictions of promoters who rent the facility. Generally, handheld still photography without flash is usually permitted; any and all types of audio recording, video and flash photography are NOT permitted.
Prohibited Items
Bags larger than 8 1/2” x 11” (subject to search at entry), alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, bottles, cans, ice chests/coolers, sticks/ clubs, noise makers, confetti, beach balls or other inflatables, including balloons, outside food and beverage, folding chairs, water bottles or mugs, skateboards or rollerblades, bicycles or scooters, fireworks, firearms, or other weapons, cameras or recording devices (unless permission is granted), animals (except certified guide dogs for disabled),
Smoking
There is no smoking permitted inside the Ritchie Center. The Smoking areas are located at the north, and west entrances of the building, Smoking inside the Ritchie Center is grounds for ejection.

Children Rules:

No children’s policy available at this time.

Miscellaneous:

ATM
The Wells Fargo ATM is located in the West Lobby, next to the West Box Office behind Section 20.
Bike Parking
Located at the west, north and south entrances of the Ritchie Center. There are a limited number of spaces available. The Ritchie Center is not responsible for damaged or stolen bikes.
Concessions
There are many concession stands located on the Concourse Level of the Ritchie Center. All concessions may not be open for all events. View concourse map for concession locations.

Emergency/First Aid Station
The venue provides an emergency phone call service to guests. Have the name and seat location of the guest when you call (303) 520-9519. First Aid is located at the Lower North Entrance

Guest Services/Lost & Found
Located in the West Lobby on the Concourse Level, near the West Box Office, representatives are available for guest assistance, questions and comments. If you want to find out if a lost article has been turned in, call Guest Services at (303) 871-2416.
National Anthem
If interested in performing the National Anthem, call (303) 871-2225.
