UniverSoul Circus is a highly interactive combination of circus arts, theater, and music. Our show is fresh, funky, bold, fun and challenges your imagination like no other circus. The circus was ok, my son and I have been going over 20 years, this year was alittle different without the animal acts, but still enjoyed it.
The circus was excellent as always. I would advise to get seats higher up. We had 2 seats on the 3rd row and we were unable to see portions of the event due to employees selling cotton candy, toys, etc and constantly walking back and forth. If someone in front of us was making a purchase, the employees would stand there for a few minutes blocking our view. That was the only negative though! Everything else was spot on!
The show itself was great. Enjoyed every single minute. What I didn’t like was the people walking around selling food/drinks because they were blocking my view of the performance. They didn’t sell food/drinks the entire time but it was long enough to miss a small segment of some of the acts.
I kinda enjoyed the show I didn’t know that they don’t have the animals anymore. Then I had three 10 yr old in front of me standing up the whole time the mom didn’t make them sit down. The part that I could see was ok. I really was exhausted after the show. I see why people pay that extra money to seat in the very front.
I hadn't been to Universoul Circus in a long time and it was just as fun and entertaining, if not better! Watch out if you sit in an aisle seat, lol. I was picked to do an impromptu lip sync to the incomparable Ms. Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You!' I nailed it in case you were wondering. Adults and children alike will enjoy the death-defying, captivating acts. I highly recommend making this a part of your weekend plans.
My brother and I went to the show. It was the BEST! The performers was amazing. Each act built upon the next. The ring master was engaging and funny. There never was a dull moment. We enjoyed our experience. It was the Best Show Ever!!
The Universoul Circus has completely changed over the years. It’s always been a nice show, but it now has more of an international flair with the various acrobatic performances representing the different countries! I really enjoyed that! I did, however, miss the animals!! I’ve never been to a circus that doesn’t have animals, but the other acts definitely made up for it!
Family friendly. Super talented artists and acts. The venue was organized and easy to navigate. 10/10
I have been going to the Universal Soul Circus for over 30 years. I have taken my children and grandchildren, and it was one of the class trips I approved for the teachers when I was principal. I started going in Maryland and have been in Georgia since 2004. This year, I went twice. Once, when the circus was at Gwinnett Mall, and this past Saturday, when the circus was in Atlanta, and closer access for Black people. The problem was the size of Universal Soul Circus's popcorn for each location. Gwinnett Mall had a box of approximately 20 oz and cost $10. The Atlanta location was also $10, but a much smaller box of about 10 oz. I also purchased a soda when I entered, which was listed for $4. However, an agent for the Circus sold a soda to a couple seated in front of me for $5. It is so hard to live in this world where Blacks historically are given less and pay more. But it is hard when some of us make it and learn to take advantage of a particular group of people. Universal Soul Circus is successful because of the same people they take advantage of. I have been on this earth for 72 years and live to see the accomplishments I know we process. I am saddened to see when we learn to step on the backs of our own to get ahead. Everyone should be treated and given the same service regardless of where the circus performs. The performers were great, but the concession needs a lot of work.
Universoul Circus is a beautiful experience for the entire family -young or old no matter what your background Such talented performers from all over the world , all ages and a great crowd participation event. I’ve gone to this performance for years and every time there’s something new to see.
I have been a super fan for 28 years always a fantastic show. I love how they keep the crowd engaged with dancing laughter and lots amazing stunts Awesome show looking forward to next year
It was very exciting and colorful. All of the acts were excellent. Missed the animals, however I understand why no animals were present.
This was the first time that my 68 year old sister has ever been to a circus. I'm glad she experienced it. It's so different and geared to our culture. She loved it!! I really enjoyed spending family time together at the Universol Circus❤️
Awesome show. It was better than I could have imagined. My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed every minute of it.
We took a church group of children and adults and had an absolute blast. We'll definitely look for this opportunity next year too.
The first thing we noticed is there are absolutely no animals and the vendors had shirts and bags that read “soul has no color”….idk where they were going with that until we got into the actual event…let’s just say the universoul circus is not what it used to be and in my opinion it’s become a knock off of cirque du Soleil….cotton Candy was $12 for what should’ve been a $5 bag…everything was overpriced and underrepresented….sadly…
It was great to get back to see the show this year. Some new acts, including children dance contest and a new acrobatic team....but I was looking forward to the Adult Soul Train Line and other adult involvement. Enjoyed the 30th anniversary show overall!
The big kid in US came out. It was an awesome experience.
Im from Chicago & ive always wanted to see this show but never did..so to finally see it here in ATL with my family was mind blowing...this was everyone's 1st time..the tickets were pricey because we were in the 3rd row,in front of the stage but it was worth it..we will be in the 3rd row every yr from now on...WOW is all I can say..
Loved the circle as always. definitely relatable and entertaining for my whole family as young as 8 to my 60 yr old mother.
