The Box Office is only open on event days for ticket sales and Will Call.

The Box Office accepts cash, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa.

Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up as early as 2 hours prior to the show. Customer must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Parking lots are located: Roosevelt Road entering on Morgan Street Maxwell Street & Halsted Street Taylor Street & Halsted Street

Bag Policy and Metal Detector use - Policy for the Bags, Purses and Backpacks: For safety reasons, bags, purses, backpacks and other large bags may not be permitted in the UIC Pavilion or UIC Dorin Forum. This policy will be in effect for all events except: * UIC Dorin Forum events that are only open to UIC Employees * Events where materials necessary for the event are contained in the bags (ie. Job fairs, exhibitions, etc.) Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: * Purses, bags or containers larger than 12" x 6" x 12" * Camera bags * Cinch bags/drawstring bags * Briefcases* Computer bags * Backpacks * Coolers (including thermos) * Fanny packs * Luggage of any kind * Diaper bags Metal detectors will be in use for all events. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Binoculars are allowed.

There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free, but they must sit on the lap of an adult.
