    UCLA Chorus

by 99runner on 12/6/11Schoenberg Hall - UCLA - Los Angeles

Excellent. I took my 7 yr old daughter for her first performance and she loved it. She really enjoyed the colorful and delightful play with Santa Claus. She really loved the music, the singing and the number of students on stage (she quipped, " thats a lot of students singing one song!). It was short enough to enjoy and long enough to evoke memories for the next year. Just make sure you find a good map and excellent directions to get to this building on the UCLA campus. We arrived about 10-15 min late due to lack of information , or laziness on my part, to get to the right spot. We will attend next year and perhaps another event during the year. We had a wonderful time and the students were awesome.

Don Neuen is a professional! It is great to see the rising stars in the music department - Younghae Kim, Rebecca Lord, Amber Kim and David Lee. The voices sounded as one and brought on the spirit of this festive season. My hearty congratulations to all the students especially the non-music majors for pursuing what they love - sing!!!
