Directions:

From Points West (Syracuse, Rochester, Auburn, Buffalo): Take
the NYS Thruway (I-90) East to Exit #33 for Verona. Continue straight out to stoplight after tollbooth and make a left turn onto Rt. 365. Take first left into Turning Stone Casino Resort.

From Points East (Utica, Herkimer, Albany, NYC):Take the NYS Thruway (I-90) West to Exit #33 for Verona. Continue straight out to stoplight after tollbooth and make a left turn onto Rt. 365. Take first left into Turning Stone Casino Resort.

From Interstate 81 (I-81): Exit in Syracuse for the NYS Thruway (I-90). Take NYS Thruway East to Exit #33 for Verona. Continue straight out to stoplight after tollbooth and make a left turn onto Rt. 365. Take first left into Turning Stone Casino Resort.

From Route 5: Take Rt. 5 into city of Oneida and turn onto Rt. 365. Turning Stone Casino Resort is about 4 miles down on the right hand side.

Parking:

Ample parking is available in the Casino parking lot and parking garage. No fee for regular parking; there is a shuttle provided for lots further out.

Accessible Seating:

Available at both the Showroom and Event Center. Accessible seating should be purchased through Turning Stone Box office by calling 1-877-361-7469.

Showroom: No Smoking, No Cameras And No Food Or Beverages Allowed In.
Event Center: no smoking, no cameras, no re-entry, no beverages and no food allowed in.

Children Rules:

Children are allowed in both the Event Center and the Showroom. The price of the child's ticket is the same as an adult.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the gaming floor.

Miscellaneous:

Showroom: offers non-alcoholic beverage service.
Event Center: The concession stand serves non-alcoholic beverages, hotdogs, pizza, chips and candy.

Restrooms:
Showroom: the restrooms are located outside of the Showroom down the hall.
Event Center: There are restrooms located on each floor of the Event Center.
