When is the box office open?
The Jacksonville Center Box Office is only open on the day of the event, starting one hour prior to show time. To purchase tickets in person, you may visit the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office. The VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena Box Office hours are: Monday - Friday: 10am- 4pm
