Box Office Hours

The Venue at Horseshoe Casino's Box Office Hours of Operation:
As of May 8th 2011: The Venue box office will only be open on show days. We will open at 12pm on show days and close 1 hour after the event starts.

As of 10/1/11: The Venue Box Office is open on Show Days from 12pm-9pm (or ½ hour after the show begins).
In addition the Gift Shop located on the first floor of the Pavilion next to the Pavilion Valet is available to purchase tickets from Sunday thru Thursday 11am – 10pm and Friday to Saturday 11am – 1am *please note – these Gift Shop hours do not start until 10/1/11.

The Box Office is located on the second floor of the casino across from the Village Buffet.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up 6 hours prior to show time at the Box Office, but no earlier 9am. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.

Accessible Seating

Our facilities are 100% ADA compliant. The Venue has accessible seating in the last row of the Floor Section, first row of the Orchestra and the last rows of the Mezzanine. It is important to indicate when buying tickets if you require wheelchair accessible seating. For more information please call the box office @ 219-473-6060.

Service Animals are allowed but they must have their working papers with them. Please call 219.473.5928 to set this up in advance.

Elevators: The Venue elevator has access to all three levels.

Parking: Horseshoe Casino Marina and Pavilion parking garages both have accessible parking.

Entrance: The entrances are ADA compliant.

Hearing Devices: The Venue has hearing devices available at no charge. Please ask the box office for a device when you arrive. You must leave a Photo ID as a deposit for the device being returned at the end of the show.

General Rules

The Venue at Horseshoe Casino is a 21 years old and older facility and is located on the second floor of the Horseshoe Casino only 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. Photo ID's are required to enter the facilities. Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts unless otherwise notified. Outside food or beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the building. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed in The Venue. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be escorted from the venue. Laser pens and pointers are not permitted. Policies subject to change depending on the nature of the event.

Children Rules

No children, The Venue at Horseshoe Casino is exclusively a 21 and over facility, ID required.
