Live on Broadway, the New York Times calls it "the best musical of the century." The Washington Post says, "It is the kind of evening that restores your faith in musicals." And Entertainment Weekly says, "Grade A: the funniest musical of all time." Jimmy Fallon of The Tonight Show calls it "Genius. Brilliant. Phenomenal." It's The Book of Mormon, the nine-time Tony Award®-winning Best Musical. See it on Broadway today!
Great cast, super funny and different. It is the kind of show that I would see again.
Didn't know much about the show beforehand but suffice to say it was hilarious - our group all loved it! Not for the easily offended as some content is a bit sensitive, but if you go with an open mind and take the jokes in the manner in which they are intended, you will have a fantastic evening!
A must see if you’re looking to laugh for 2.5 hours! The cast had amazing comic timing and the lyrics to the big numbers were so funny. Don’t miss this show! It was my second time and it was even better!
Insulting and making fun of God or Jesus is not my thing. Did not like some of the content of the play. I think they went a bit too far with the comedy.
You have to know going into it that “Book of Mormon” is very irreverent. Prepare to cringe while laughing until you cry! I thoroughly enjoyed this play!
I laughed almost the entire time. Seats and theatre were great! Service was also good. Would certainly recommend!
This was my second time seeing it, my boyfriend's first - we loved it! It's entertaining, hilarious, vulgar, inappropriate - just all around awesome! This play is not for prudes or the closed minded, you need to have an open sense of humor to see this play. Definitely recommend!
So funny, I almost spat my drink while laughing!! Kim Exum was excellent!
The Ticketmaster process was explanatory and easy. The reminder email messages were helpful. The ushers were helpful and considerate. We chose great seats. The performance was first rate and such a treat! Our only negative feedback is that the theater was a bit too warm for us. But, it was a full house and hot outside so that sort of made sense. Thanks!
I knew the show was going controversial and provocative but I was still offended as a Christian. We expected it to poke fun at Mormonism and how it contradicts Christianity, but it instead insulted all of Christianity and generally God. We found it hard to laugh at some scenes and left at intermission because we were uncomfortable listening to anymore.
Everything about it was great except the CHAIRS ARE TOO CLOSE AND TOO SMALL
Fantastic play ... funny poignant. The musical lyrics were hysterical. Very fast paced moving play. Loved it !!!
We had such a great time. We enjoyed a drink at the bar next door before the doors opened. We were wet from the rain, but we didn’t care. We had great seats. The show was wonderful. The humor was so clever; a well written show! The actors/musicians were wonderful; very talented! It was a great evening!
It was my first time to watch The Book of Mormon and it exceeded my expectation. The show was hilarious with excellent performance. Definitely want to watch it for a second time!
The show was well below what i anticipated from broadway; poor staging, costumes, and above all acting and singing; with the exception of Kim who exceeded expectations, the rest of the cast were given an impossible task : to entertain using bad language, poor jokes, un charismatic choreography amongst very cheap staging; hope for something better next time i visit manhattan
From the start, the musical is hilarious. It had me laughing about the many truths of religion. I would see it again.
Sometimes when you see a show on Broadway after it has been playing for a number of years, it feels tired. That was certainly not the case with The Book of Mormon performance we saw. We especially enjoyed it because we had great seats. For once, we booked early online! Good seats make a good show even better.
This was the 4th time I have seen Book of Mormon, but the first time on Broadway. The show never fails to make me laugh or make me feel good about people. The show is smart, funny, and sweet. It is clever--rather than snarky. The songs and dance nunbers are great fun. I am already looking forward to seeing it again.
The orchestra was excellent! The acting was awesome along with their comedic timing. I really enjoyed the smaller theatre. I loved my seats, stage right orchestra seats! Superb show! I want to see it again!
My sister in -law and I really enjoyed the show. The songs the performance by the actors was really good. I will recomend this show to my family and friends.
