    Plenty of Allman Bro Blues

by G. H. on 3/25/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Plenty of Allman Bro Blues, lacking some of the more catchy popular tunes. Light on Dickey Betts material, obviously he was not there. I was hoping for some special guests, that would have made for a 5 star evening.

    Musical Heaven

by Sixstringer2 on 3/23/20Madison Square Garden - New York

The brothers band of top musicians took the Allman brothers music to a whole new level. A must see for any Allman Brothers fan or classic rock/blues listeners. These guys are musicians, musicians admired by all the top players in the music industry, young or old. Can't deny the sound that happens when Derrick Trucks and Warren Haynes share the stage with a superior backing band, it's an electric church feeling of musical religion. This is something they should do more often going into the future as I Know I am not the only person hoping they will embark on a journey of new music of killer jams to lift the roof off the house on a musical ride brought down from the heavens. The Brothers at MSG

by g.e. on 3/18/20Madison Square Garden - New York

GREAT show , From start to finish The Brothers were Amazing. They left it all the on the stage! One of the BEST SHOWS I have ever seen. Getting tickets was difficult ,I managed to get 2 tickets for the wife and myself and the best I could do was 2 seats 4 rows apart same section . It was frustrating and disappointing to see how many Resale Markets had available Tickets for sale after I had made my purchase.

    Excellent

by Debozzy on 3/17/20Madison Square Garden - New York

First I have to say that I am so glad that this show happened! One day before the closing of shows for who knows how long. It would have been such a been a shame to miss this one. Warren Hanes and all of the Brothers were so tight and sounded excellent. It was nice to see such a mixed crowd - young and old. We were all there to witness this epic event. Dancing and singing along to so many iconic Allman Brothers tunes...... I didn't want it to end. If there is another chance to see this show - go. No question. And hey - I'll see you there.

    All time great show

by GHens on 3/17/20Madison Square Garden - New York

4 plus hours with one break? You just don’t see that anymore. Warren and company really gave their best. The sound was inconsistent at times but they worked it out. It was one of the best shows I’ve seen in a long long time.

A long night of FANTASTIC music!

by Brother Mike on 3/17/20Madison Square Garden - New York

I could not have been happier with the show. We drove 5.5 hours to see this show and our expectations were very high - The Brothers blew us away! From start to finish, they did everything perfectly. Gregg's vocals on INMCTB, Butch's drums on Mountain Jam, Derek playing Duane's goldtop for the beginning of the 2nd set....I could go on and on. The Brothers did it right. You know that Duane, Berry, Butch, and Gregg were all looking down with huge grins on their faces. Unfortunately, Dickey couldn't be there but they made him brought with Jessica, IMoER, Blue Sky (nice job on the vocals, Mr. Leavell). If it was for only one night, well it was a special one. Maybe we will get lucky and they'll consider doing a run at the Beacon in the Fall. Jaimoe looked so happy up there and have you ever seen Derek smile as much as he did? MVP: Warren Haynes - I don't think people realize how much of a band leader he really is. It was Jaimoe's idea but throughout the show, you could tell Warren had it all under control. Start to finish that was a top notch show. So glad we were able to experience it.

    DEREK TRUCKS FOR PRESIDENT

by Ron on 3/17/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Great venue with great service! Entering and exiting flowed well. The show was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Derek Trucks is amazing. The only flaw was a jumbotron (microtron) that was too small and experienced technical issues. Glad they finally shut it off.

    OUTSTANDING

by J. S. on 3/15/20Madison Square Garden - New York

The Brothers came out Smoking and left the place in a BLAZE !!! Warren & Derek just dont lose a beat and played like they havent left each others side in years !! Oteil's thundering bass along with the 3 percussionist (Jaimo, Mark & Duane) driving the beat all night long never missing a beat . Chuck's piano was impeccable and his vocals were a pleasent surprise ! Lastly the organ playing of Reese was outstanding , he filled in some big shoes , but he in my mind exceed expectations and kept everything tight and driving full speed ahead !! Reese was the ACE on this night , just because who's shoes he was filling , dont get me wrong Warren was the conductor and star along with Derek , but Reese's playing was outstanding knowing who he was sitting in for ! All & All it was a once in a lifetime experience and one of the alltime greatest shows Ive seen live ! $$
