I’ve seen the a Tamburitzans many times over the years and they never disappoint. This performance never had a lull and kept me entertained throughout the entire show. If you are a music lover and like to expand your horizons, the Tamburitzans will play, sing, and dance their way into your head and heart. Offering a wide variety of music and dance from around the world, you will definitely be entertained, educated and enlightened by this highly talented, spirited ensemble. A night with the a Tamburitzans will definitely make you forget about all the negative things happening in our world today. I recommend that you “escape with the Tamburitzans.”

No other preformace team in the world is this completely encompassing of European dance and song. This team is perfectly in sync! Beautiful top to bottom!! The songs are beautiful and the musicians are exceptional. I will never again miss when they come back through town!! Bravo!!

This event showed up on my Facebook news feed a few weeks ago . Since I've never heard of them, I watched a couple of videos and liked what I saw, but never expected to enjoy the whole show so much! Two hours of constant music, tremendous energy, beautiful costumes, tidbits of culture about every featured country, I noticed that I and my sitting neighbors had a smile on our faces throughout the whole performance. We were amazed that the participants could sing in different languages, dance and play every kind of typical instrument required; it was just awesome! Whenever they come back to town, I'll certainly go see them again - and again!

This show left me in tears from emotion and passion — watching the talent, the subject matter, the dancing, excellent musicians, so professionally done and costumes were unbelievable. Younger people need to experience this fabulous show and learn about heritages and cultures. I enjoyed this show so very much, I never wanted the show to end. Looking around at the joy on the audience faces, I know that others felt like I did. Please bring them back!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Tamburitzans show at CSUN’s Performance Art Center. So much energy and enthusiasm by the young college performers. Great singing, instrument playing, with strong dancers. We love the music of Eastern Europe. This is the fifth time we have seen the Tamburitzans. One of the best musical, dance performers we have seen. Can’t get enough of the Tamburitzans hailing from Pennsylvania.

This ensemble was absolutely fantastic! These college students have endless amounts of energy and talent. The costumes were gorgeous, the dancers were excellent and the musicians were unbelievably great! Loved every minute of this performance!

A wonderful way to see what some college aged young people are doing. Joyful !!!!! Dancing, singing and music perfect.

The Tamburitzans were excellent! I would recommend this event to anyone. They did a great job in demonstrating the cultures of Eastern Europe, and are a great credit to Duquesne University.

The Duquesne University Tamburitzans are awesome! This is a high-energy show, with outstanding musical and dance talent. It is difficult to believe these are college students and the professionalism displayed is outstanding! Bravo to the Duquesne University Tamburitzans!!
