Good Times...never sang "Good Times"...what?
by MarkNYC64 on 7/29/14Signature Theatre - ArlingtonThis was a fun little show of TV themes through the years. The two performers were fantastic and full of energy and it made for a fun night. TV themes, as a genre, can be challenging because they can get tedious esp. when they start singing themes beyond your generation -- Rugrats? Hey Arnold? -- and I saw a lot of the older patrons around me zone out. Personally I could've used more 70s sitcom themes, when the genre was at its peak: Good Times, Maude, Chico and the Man, etc. Also, it would've been cool to hear more TV themes that have lyrics that most folks don't know about: Hawaii 5-0, Kojak, the Andy Griffith Show. But now I'm just nitpicking...
