my main reason to go to this performance was to hear the US premiere of Jonny Greenwood's Doghouse. the whole evening was a wonder night of music as i enjoy Philip Glass as well. lovely venue for music

by octajohn on 5/22/11The Concert Hall - New YorkWell, what a beautiful night it was to see Phillip Glass and Jonny Greenwood's pieces debut in such a great, out-of-the-norm venue, The Concert Hall. Jonny's piece was the target for me and the way I heard about the show was on the web (via www.ateaseweb.com - long, respected Radiohead fansite) I ended up meeting/seeing some fellow Radiohead's music theory admirers and felt at home in a way that I had never felt before here in New York City (I'm from Nashville, TN) All this to say, it will be a night I will never forget and will be a very story to tell the kids about.
