Directions:

The Shelter is located 2 blocks north of Jefferson Ave. From Jefferson, go north on Beaubien 2 blocks to Congress and turn left, The Shelter is on the right 1 block down.

Parking is available all around the building.

No permanent Box Office. On performance nights available tickets will be sold at the door.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash only.

Tickets can be picked up beginning at doors open at the main entrance, bring identification, charge card and confirmation number.

Accessible Seating:

Shelter guests who need special seating arrangements should purchase a general admission ticket, customers will be assisted at the door. There are no accessible restrooms.

General Rules:

Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. Professional cameras, audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Children Rules:

All patrons need a ticket. Many shows will be restricted to 18 and over or 21 and over. Please check information on each show.
