Great Jazz - Incompetent Amphitheater Staff

However, there was a lot of confusion with seating since the ushers at the amphitheater told everyone entering the place that they can sit anywhere even though there were reserved seats. People rushed to the front rows and the staff completely ignored it even when shown tickets with assigned seat numbers.
