The A & R Music Bar was a great place to watch Scotty Bratcher. His guitar playing is awesome. If you appreciate good guitar playing, you have got to see Scotty play. Plan on standing since there are only a couple chairs/tables.
Scotty is a fiery blues man who knows how to rock! Face melting blistering guitar playing...I walked away from this show speechless....this guy is a star in the making.
Scotty Bratcher and his band are just amazing! Then adding Noah Hunt into the mix was beyond amazing. We had a great nite. Everyone at the venue was super nice and friendly.
Scotty put on a great show. We were able to get good seats and close to the stage with a good view of Scotty's playing, very talented young man. A great selection of cover songs and original songs.
He and his band played for 3 straight hours without a break!! and it was outstanding! He is an awesome musician - with a great cast of band members. Be prepared to stand however...there is a limited amount of seating. We scored a chair late in the evening and stayed for the entire performance. The vocals in the sound were a bit off; the sound guy could have done better. Overall - wonderful evening!
Not been to the A and R Bar so cannot comment on the Venue but Scotty Bratcher is one of the most talented musicians I have seen in years. I dont like Blues actually...but Scotty played and I changed my mind. He has played at Mudflats in Galena and he packs the house! Very nice guy too.
If you can stand the songs that never end, then this guy is the performer for you. The venue needs a bathroom with a lock that works.
