When is the box office open?
Flames, Roughnecks and Concert/Other Events 9:00 am Hitmen/Wranglers Weeknights 1:00 pm Hitmen/Wranglers Weekend 9:00 am *The Flames and Ticketmaster offices are open on Sunday event days only. During Calgary Flames games, the Box Office closes at the end of the 2nd intermission. During Calgary Hitmen and Calgary Wranglers games, the Box Office closes at the end of the 1st intermission. During Calgary Roughnecks games, the Box Office closes at the end of half-time. For concerts, the box office will close once the headline performer takes the stage.

Box Office Location: Main Box Office is located via 5th Street SE entrance Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
What are the parking options at Scotiabank Saddledome?
There is limited pay parking on the grounds. It is advisable to park at an LRT lot and take the train.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible Seating: Wheelchair areas are: Sections 103-105 - attendant can sit beside wheelchair Sections 218 and 220 - attendant must sit behind wheelchair. Wheelchairs cannot be placed in the FLOOR section due to fire regulations. The Wheelchair or Handicap entrance is located on the North East side of the Scotiabank Saddledome. Handicap parking is at the 5th street entrance. Hearing Devices: None.
Are children allowed?
For any events in which there are childrens or student discounts, children UNDER 24 months are admitted FREE of charge but they must sit on adults lap. For any event which does not have childrens discounts as mentioned above, all ages must pay including babes in arms.
