Great evening out with the dog. It was ran smoothly and staff was exceptionally nice!
The River Cats, as always, do a great job entertaining us. We brought our family and everyone enjoyed the game and the between innings activities. I noticed a lot of children there, and I think that reflects the River Cats' efforts to make it a fun family experience.
Enjoyed the opportunity to get out to a baseball game and have some fun. Loved the light-up Princess Wand and Pirate Sword. I also adorned my Tiara for the entire game. These items and the Pirate Hat will be added to our Halloween collection to be used again later this year. Being down on the field to watch the Fireworks was magical. Marsha from Guest Services was an absolute delight. Just wish the game had gone a bit better for the Cats!
We took our kids and sat on the lawn on a Friday night. The kids had a blast rolling around, trying to catch balls from the players warming up in the outfield, and eating snack. The fireworks show was great and I love that it started very quickly after the game ended. We did not have to wait long. Concessions closed kind of early, that would be my only negative remark.
We celebrate end of school by going to a game. This one was great, the River Cats are fun to watch this year and the staff is always so friendly is impressive. We would love to see better quality food so that we could look forward to eating at the park!
Great game, even though the Cats lost. Such a great ballpark! The staff are helpful and friendly, and the beer garden has an excellent selection on tap as well. Will be back for more games! Go River Cats!
From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire arena was filled with helpful and cheerful personnel. The greeters and ticket takers seemed to be excited by the energy and were very efficient. Playful, too! The food staff were welcoming, prompt, and the lines moved swiftly. The layout with the condiments was easy to find and clean. Bathrooms were also clean and the park was immaculate. I'm not one for flyovers and fireworks, but I was pleasantly impressed. I'll definitely be returning.
In my case, living nearby, the Rivercats games are super close to my home ( about 16 miles) and the Sutter Health Park is well maintained too! The staff really works to make the event as great for the fans as possible. Take the parking staff- outstanding! I'm disabled and the shuttle pick up is quick and easy. The wait times are not too long because you can literally see the effort by the drivers to be efficient and helpful and kind. The same is true for the staff within and around the park.....just great!!
Sacramento pulled off an amazing win from the seventh to the ninth inning. There wasn’t a dull moment.
Everyone we interacted with at this ballpark was friendly and attentive -- they certainly know how to make customers feel valued and welcome.
The River Cats staff was awesome from start to finish. The parking, entrance, voucher redemption and security staff were all friendly and welcoming. This will definitely play into a return trip for our family. Great job River Cats!
Paying $30 to sit on the grass at a minor league baseball game and barely being able to see the game is completely ridiculous. There was also very little food options out there and what was offered was not very good and also very overpriced. Seriously disappointed. I used to love river cats games.
The Rivercats game was nice. The venue is nice. The TriTip sandwich was large but completely raw and super expensive. Probably not going again.
Took the extended family , 10 altogether to see the Rivercats. Bought the family package. Surprised by the price of the tickets. Paid more fir the AAA team than if we went to the Giants . If the price was cheaper we would becoming back more often. The family package included a hat , hot dog and soda. The hat was about what I expected ( quality wise) Concession lines for the hot dog and soda was so long , I spent 3 innings in line.
The total experience for me is magical. I choose my mindset to get out and have fun. That be said it the park employees seem to have the same mindset. From the ushers to the food stands to Dinger and his crew everyone wants to have a great time. So if you have complaints? You need to check yourself! Have fun my friends.
The family and I had a great time attending for little league day. Great atmosphere and ballpark.
Great place to be outdoors and enjoy a baseball game. People are friendly, tickets reasonable, and a good selection of concessions. Great fun!
Went for little league day where the told us to enter through right field gate since that’s where parade would start door open promptly at 5:30 with parade starting at 5:50. They only had 3 open lines to let in thousands of little leaguers and so by time we got in it was 5:55pm and they would not let our team March even though it was their fault. Needless to say lots of tears from our 6 year olds and lots of angry parents who had to fight traffic to get there on time only to not be let March since they could not get act together to let us in timely.
This is early in the season and the RCs took a beating but the venue is superb and the hot dogs tasty. Lots going on between innings. We always go to the Sunday day games which are full of kids!
My Son & I attended last Fridays game & and I just wanted to send a quick appreciation to the Rivercats' Staff. My Son is 6 and I have brought him to games in the past but being so young he is usually good for about half the game and then he is asking to go. This time he had an absolute blast and we stayed the whole game. But this email is mainly about the Gentleman who was working the entrance to the Legacy Club right by the Red Beer Cooler down the right field side of the park. (I cant remember his name, darn it) But he took the time to watch/talk to my son while I quickly grabbed a beer from the cooler. We made a point to say hello everytime we passed him during our visit Friday night & he even ended up giving my Son a couple Baseballs to take home as a souvenir. It really made my Son's night and we will definitely be back.
