    Circus

    by LeirasMomMom08 on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

Not the circus I remember from when I was younger. 1 Clown in costume and makeup. My grandaughter loves clowns very dissapointed that there was only 1. The animal performances were very good. Each act had it's own special moment, Not sorry that I went.

    Circus a let down!

by UpsetBuddy on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

Tigers? Not here! Lions? Not here! Real high wire show? Not here. Lots of real clowns? Not here! Ten to Twelve bucks for a snow cone...... Fifteen bucks for cotten candy..... Ringling seems to have lost the sizzle!

    Barnum Bash Fun

    by mlcals553 on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

My 5 year old granddaugther & I enjoyed the Barnum Bash Show however we were a bit dissapointed in not seeing more animal acts or clowns. I remember when the Ringling Brothers was "the" circus act to see but now it appears they blend in with the others run of the mill shows.

    Where are the tigers?

by JennRM on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

I was disappointed because there were no tigers or lions. I kept thinking the big great ending was coming but it didn't. Lots of cool people acts but the 2 guy comedy act that went on during the entire circus was annoying. For the $ I was expecting more.

    Boring

    by Marie2207 on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

Was not like it use to be! To small. To much dancing. The best part of the whole show was the old guy with the comedian. The elephants were great along with the other animals. Everything else was boring. I thought it would be like the old days when I went so I took my children, I was wrong. Would not recommend it. Sorry.

    Great show as always!!!!

by RadarC on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

Great show but a little disappointing that there were not more clowns there. Kids relate circus with clowns. There was only 1 clown in the whole show. He did a good job, but missed a funny stint with a bunch of clowns like we are used to.

    Not worth your time

    by bellasmom2008 on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

The circus lacked most things that I felt should be in a circus. They did have 2 short elephant acts, one horse act and a dancing dog act. The rest was filled with ridiculous weight lifting exhibit type displays and gymnastics that you could easily catch at a high school meet. There was a lot of "filler" that was just nonsense. I would NOT recommned this show. There was one "clown" who only MC'd a little bit...no clowns to speak of, no big cats, one short trapeze act, and just overall waste of time.

For a Ringling Bros, presentation I thought it was lacking, I really expected a better show and more animals. Very disappointed!

    Take your kids!

by kokanee on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

Your kids will love it. Eat before you go. Food selection is minimal, expensive, and not great. There were some slow parts but overall it was entertaining and 2 hours long which was a good length for my 5 yr old. She really loved the dancing, music, and animals.

    Circus was a let down

by Kbsp on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

I haven't been to the circus in years and was excited to take my daughter for the first time. She's two and yes she had a blast but there was no lions, no games, nothing that stood out. The money you pay... Not worth it at all.

    Ringling was great!

by flowerfolly on 1/10/12Germain Arena - Estero

The ringling bros. always provide a great circus! They were very good about the timing of the events. When they were switcing acts they were good about keeping your attention to other areas while they set up so the circus flowed nicely. The animals good in good condtion and had a good repour with the trainer.

great but not as good as new year's 2009

by ktarasota on 1/9/12Germain Arena - Estero

Ringling Bros is by far the best circus of any of them and that is without a doubt. And living in Sarasota, we know our circus. That said, while this performance was excellent, it was not as good as the new year's eve show that i saw a few years back. This show seemed to have some temporary lulls in the circus before the next act. When I saw them before, they really didn't which just made it AMAZING. That said, this show is worth the money and your time. these guys are great! go see it! Features: good music, dancing, elephants, motorcycle riders in a cage, acrobatics on the monkey bars with his feet!

Great first time Circus for kids

by ChattyNanny on 1/9/12Germain Arena - Estero

The hour before the show we were able to see the members of the show and take pictures. It was entertaining the entire time. The children I had with me Never Blinked. There was something for every age throughout the enter show. The $20.00 cost of upgraded tickets was well worth it. My only complaint is the cost of the cotton candy $10.00, yes it included a nice hat, but a 2 year old & 4 year old don't want to share.
